How do I reserve my room at the Gaylor National Harbor? 

Click HERE to reserve your room. You will be required to leave a one-night room deposit. Should you cancel your reservation, the deposit will be refunded if notice is received at least five (5) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  

If you have been approved to receive a complimentary stay at the Gaylord National, hosted by CWC, our team will work with the hotel on updating your reservation billing prior to check-in. 

Can I upgrade my room? 

You have the option to upgrade your room for an additional cost, based on hotel availability (the options will be presented in the CWC room block link).  If CWC is covering the cost of your room, you are responsible for the difference between the contracted rate, $299++ and the upgraded room.   

Can I pre- or post-extend my stay at the Gaylord National Harbor? 

Due to current availability, the hotel is sold out for pre and post-extension stays.  We advise you to continue to contact the hotel directly to see if anything has opened up over your desired extension dates.   

What are the hotel check-in and check-out times? 

The Gaylord National Harbor’s official check-in time is 4:00 PM Eastern and check-out time is 11:00 AM Eastern.
