Brian Hennigan is the founder and CEO of 3WM LLC, a service-disabled veteran-owned startup delivering GPU-powered sovereign AI compute for extreme environments, from the combat information center of a carrier strike group to low Earth orbit. With nearly two decades of experience across DoD cybersecurity and intelligence, Brian most recently served as Division Chief of the Endpoint Security Portfolio Management Division at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), where he managed a $220 million portfolio, led the integration of AI and machine learning into the DoD's cybersecurity toolset, and partnered with MIT Lincoln Laboratory, Idaho National Laboratory, and Johns Hopkins APL on applied AI/ML initiatives. He previously held leadership roles at the Department of War Cyber Defense Command (DCDC) and also serves as CTO of Asc3nd Technologies Group.

Brian began his career in the Connecticut Army National Guard, deploying to Afghanistan as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He later supported Task Force Paladin as a Weapons Technical Intelligence Analyst countering improvised explosive devices, and served at the Asymmetric Warfare Group as a subject matter expert on small unmanned aerial systems. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at MIT.
