Speaker Bio

Chris Walker is Vice President of Federal Markets at Cyberhill Partners, an applied AI and data modernization firm serving the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies. He leads Cyberhill’s federal practice, shaping growth and capture strategy, building the partner ecosystem, and overseeing the solution architecture and delivery of programs that help agencies turn complex, fragmented data into trusted, decision-ready intelligence.

Chris’s work spans the full data-to-decision lifecycle. It begins with the data foundations (governance, cataloging, knowledge graphs, and semantic layers) that make enterprise information discoverable, governed, and ready for analytics and AI. On that foundation, his teams deliver automation, workflow, and AI capabilities tuned to each mission. His approach is intentionally model-agnostic: open-source, sovereign, and commercial frontier models are selected to fit a mission’s performance, cost, security, and accreditation requirements, with deployments spanning FedRAMP High cloud, accredited IL4/IL5/IL6 enclaves, and disconnected, edge, and tactical (DDIL) environments.

A consistent theme across his work is sovereign capability: ensuring federal customers retain control of their data, models, and infrastructure regardless of which models they choose. Chris partners with a broad technology ecosystem, including ServiceNow (enterprise workflow and security operations), Armada (edge and DDIL compute), HiddenLayer (AI/ML model security), Vectra AI (threat detection), and Bastille Networks (RF threat detection), to deliver integrated, mission-ready solutions.
