Digital transformation is fundamentally a human endeavor. To effectively leverage artificial intelligence, the DAF must cultivate a workforce operating seamlessly at the intersection of human intuition and machine intelligence. This session addresses the critical need for scalable, effective upskilling tailored specifically to Airmen and Guardians. We will explore innovative, non-traditional training models that move beyond slide decks into immersive, sandbox-based learning. Highlighting use cases from the Google Cloud Skills Boost platform and gamified learning events like Cloud Hero, we will demonstrate how to custom-tailor curricula for cyber operators, data engineers, and program managers. Attendees will learn how to provide their teams with risk-free environments to experiment with AI tools, build large language models, and master data analytics. The session will outline available programmatic opportunities to recruit, train, and continuously empower the next generation of digital warriors.
