Dan Ellis is a Principal Architect at Google Public Sector and a defense technology strategist with more than 20 years of experience across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. He currently serves as the GenAI.mil DAF Integration Lead, advises the Department of the Air Force Chief Data and AI Office on AI architecture, and works with Google’s Distributed Cloud team to advance next-generation cloud and AI capabilities for tactical and edge environments.
Dan also serves as the Google Public Sector Chief Architect supporting Golden Dome for America. Prior to Google, he held senior architecture and technology leadership roles at Dell Technologies and VMware, supporting major defense modernization, multi-cloud, and mission technology initiatives including JADC2 and JEDI
