Michael Forrester is a longtime explorer of the boundary between humans and technology, with more than thirty years across operations, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, AI, and machine learning in roles ranging from CTO to hands‑on engineer. He is currently the AI for Leadership and Organizations Business Stream Lead at Accenture LearnVantage. There, he leads the AI Workforce Transformation stream—advising C‑suite, L&D, and engineering leaders on safe adoption of agentic AI, conducting deep research into emerging technologies, building trustworthy reference implementations, automating previously manual delivery processes, and designing adaptive AI‑powered learning experiences. His work centers on Agentic Covenants, a governance and security model built on the principle that guardrails enforced by AI are bypassable, while guardrails enforced by infrastructure are not.
