David Norris is a Technical Solutions Manager with Alaska Northstar Federal.  David has 10 years of experience across Cloud Service Providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).  David has been working in the Federal and DoD space for 7+ years, where he helped architect the BES Atlassian Toolsuite and has provided technical leadership across a range of projects.  David also provides support to the company's United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) technical practice, where he was a technical leader in the design and deployment of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA's) GCP Cloud Environment.  David is currently providing support to the United States Army Corps of Engineers, working with the Program Control Office in Washington, D.C., where he is assisting the Corps in building out generative AI solutions to meet complex data problems based on the level of disparate data locations and types (to include non-digitized legacy data).  David currently lives in Mobile, Alabama, but he is a native of Montgomery, Alabama, and has a degree in MIS from the University of Alabama.
