Daniel Konecky is the Vice President for Digital Strategy and Learning Systems at Digital University (powered by OMNI) — a training platform that delivers mission-aligned digital learning at scale across the U.S. Air Force and Department of War (DoW). In this role, Daniel leads DU's strategy for designing best-in-class online trainings that are aligned to the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF), and the complementary systems for tracking DCWF compliance and readiness.

As a former U.S. history teacher, new-teacher trainer, and founder of braidEDmedia, Daniel has spent his career mastering the craft of teaching and learning design. He has designed, produced and deployed dozens of fully online and hybrid courses for nonprofits, universities, and K–12 schools. Before joining DU he created the Obama Foundation's inaugural online learning program, Community Leadership Online. He brings that deep pedagogical expertise to DU, ensuring every learning experience is rigorous, engaging, and built to drive real outcomes.
