Parker is an Agentic Field CTO and AI Strategist within Insight's Microsoft Solutions business, where he helps organizations design, implement, and scale enterprise AI, with a focus on business-aligned AI delivery, measurable value realization, and the developer productivity and engineering experience that sustain it.
Over 15 years, Parker has led enterprise modernization, cloud uplift, and AI-driven transformation initiatives across complex, highly regulated environments. He partners with executive, technology, and engineering leaders to move AI from proof-of-concept to production at enterprise scale, anchoring every initiative in clear business outcomes, value hypotheses, and the KPIs that prove return on investment. His work spans the full AI delivery lifecycle: use case discovery and prioritization, business case development and value engineering, responsible AI guardrails, model and agent selection, evaluation and observability, deployment into secure environments, change management and adoption, and the FinOps and lifecycle practices that keep AI systems performant, governed, and cost-effective in production.
Parker brings particular depth on the developer side of AI delivery, operationalizing agentic AI, GitHub Copilot, and Microsoft's broader AI developer tooling to compress cycle time, lift code quality, and free engineering teams for higher-value work. His work covers secure code generation, automated testing, CI/CD modernization, and the platform engineering practices that make AI adoption sustainable and measurable at scale.
He helps clients build a trusted plan and an evolving roadmap that balances business priorities, security posture, workforce readiness, and the rapid pace of advancement in foundation models, agent frameworks, and AI-native tooling, ensuring every AI investment translates into measurable gains in revenue, efficiency, delivery velocity, software quality, and organizational capability.
