Micah Coger is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and public sector innovator whose work sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise software, and government modernization. As the Chief Executive Officer of AutoBridge Systems, Micah leads a GovTech AI company purpose built to solve the most complex operational and technological challenges facing government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels.
Micah's career in federal technology began at the highest levels of enterprise innovation. As a member of leading teams at IBM, he was instrumental in progressing the company's federal blockchain initiatives, architecting and advancing distributed ledger solutions for government clients at a time when the technology was still defining its place in the public sector. Simultaneously, Micah served on teams integrating Watson during the early stages of natural language processing and machine learning, working directly with federal clients to integrate some of the first cognitive systems in government environments. This foundational experience gave him a practitioner's understanding of AI not as a product to be sold, but as a discipline to be mastered and responsibly applied.
That commitment to mastery is reflected in Micah's ongoing pursuit of technical excellence. He holds multiple professional certifications from IBM, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft spanning machine learning, large language model development, neural networks, and applied AI architecture. These credentials reflect active, hands-on engagement with the tools and methodologies that define the frontier of modern AI development.
Under his leadership at AutoBridge, Micah has built and deployed production grade AI solutions across a growing portfolio of government clients, at the county, state and federal level.
Micah's flagship innovations, the Agentic Development Orchestration Module (ADOM), represents a generational leap in how government software is conceived, built, and authorized. ADOM is a user led semi-autonomous, end to end software development pipeline engineered to meet the rigorous demands of federal compliance frameworks, including NIST RMF, FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and CJIS, while dramatically compressing the time required to achieve and sustain an Authorization to Operate (ATO).
Micah is also a committed advocate for the veteran community. As a leader within Bellacatio, a veteran focused nonprofit, he brings the same discipline, mission orientation, and sense of service to community impact that defines his approach to building technology. His understanding of the culture, values, and operational demands of the military community is not incidental; it is foundational to how he leads and builds.
Headquartered in the Columbia, Maryland, Micah operates at the heart of the government technology ecosystem, building bridges between the speed of private sector innovation and the accountability demands of public sector mission. He brings to every engagement a rare combination of technical depth, executive leadership, and genuine commitment to outcomes that matter, for agencies, for warfighters, and for the American public they serve.
