General Colin Powell once said, “Show me your budget and I’ll show you your strategy.” This presentation, delivered by HAF/A8’s Cyber Panel, offers exclusive insights into the Cyber and Enterprise IT (EIT) portions of the FY27 Presidential Budget and the recently completed FY28 Amended Program Objective Memorandum (A-POM).

Crucially, this session will address a significant shift in this year’s resourcing landscape: the transition from a standard POM to an A-POM process. Attendees will learn how this year’s adjusted process differs from previous years, focusing on how the Air Force refined existing resources and leveraged program offsets to counter emerging cyber threats and satisfy strategic guidance.
