This presentation will provide a critical, inside look at how the AFLCMC/HNIT portfolio is successfully overcoming the hurdles of legacy system migration to modernize the digital workspace for over 800,000 Airmen and Guardians. Attendees will explore newly fielded, enterprise-wide services, including secure virtual desktop, automated IT procurement, enterprise service desk automation and cloud-based telephony. Ultimately, this session will discuss the technical and operational mechanics of these capabilities, describing how they seamlessly integrate to eliminate legacy bottlenecks, maximize secure access, and deliver a superior, user-focused digital experience to the warfighter.
