Most AI training ends with better prompts. This session ends with a reusable capability.

In this interactive GenAI.mil challenge, participants will receive a messy, realistic work package containing documents, competing requirements, incomplete information, and a deadline. They will use GenAI.mil to turn that material into a useful, verified product—and then convert the successful approach into a repeatable workflow.

The challenge will demonstrate how Guardians and Airmen can use uploaded files, Projects, personalization, and custom GPTs across operational, administrative, technical, training, research, and leadership responsibilities.

Participants will learn how to:
• Frame a task and define a successful output.
• Supply relevant files, context, constraints, and examples.
• Identify unsupported claims, omissions, and weak assumptions.
• Improve results through structured iteration.
• Verify critical information and apply human judgment.
• Preserve a successful process as a Project or custom GPT.

Attendees will leave with a reusable workflow template they can adapt to their own responsibilities. No coding or prior AI experience is required.
